What Poker Planner is
Poker Planner is a personal trip-planning tool for live poker tournament series. It helps a player turn their own shortlist of events into a coherent schedule that respects bankroll, conflicts, and travel days. It is software, not a gambling product, not a betting service, not a brokerage, and not an investment or financial-planning service.
Poker Planner does not register players for tournaments, accept entry fees, place bets, guarantee seats, or sell tournament results. Registration, eligibility, and payment happen through the official operator, venue, or regulator for each event.
Not financial or gambling advice
Information in Poker Planner is provided for planning purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or gambling advice, and it does not predict tournament outcomes or returns. Buy-ins are at-risk capital. Decisions about which events to enter, how many bullets to fire, and how to manage a bankroll are the player's own responsibility.
Poker involves financial risk. Plan within a budget you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if a planning decision has financial, legal, or tax implications.
Eligibility and responsible play
Poker Planner is intended for adults of legal age to play poker for real stakes in their own jurisdiction (commonly 18 or 21, depending on the venue and country). Users are responsible for confirming local age, residency, and licensing requirements before registering for any event surfaced through the app.
If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, please use the responsible-gaming resources offered by your local jurisdiction or operator. Poker Planner does not provide gambling-treatment services.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in ways that conflict with these terms or that threaten the integrity of the planning data shared with other users.
Subscriptions
Poker Planner may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, limits, billing cadence, and cancellation options are described on the Pricing page or in the checkout flow before purchase. Paid access renews according to the billing cadence shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, fees already charged are not refundable.
User content and shared plans
You keep ownership of the trip data, notes, and event picks you enter. By using share links or other collaboration surfaces, you grant Poker Planner a limited license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the product. Do not submit data you do not have the right to share, including data from login-protected, paywalled, or private sources.
Source information
Tournament names, dates, structures, buy-ins, and venue details shown in the app are compiled to help you plan and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always verify details with the official source before relying on them. If you spot an error, use the support form (support@pokerplanner.io).
Location-assisted suggestions depend on browser permission, venue coordinates, schedule data, and estimated travel friction. They are planning aids, not a guarantee that an event is available, reachable, or still accepting entries.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Poker Planner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Planner and its operators are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information in the app, missed events, scheduling errors, source inaccuracies, or financial outcomes from poker play.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Poker Planner after an update means you accept the revised terms.
