Refund policy

Refund policy

Poker Planner offers paid subscriptions through an authorized Merchant of Record shown at checkout and on your receipt. The Merchant of Record handles checkout, taxes, invoicing, and refund processing. This page explains how cancellations and refund requests work and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

Who handles billing

Poker Planner's paid purchases are handled by the Merchant of Record shown at checkout and on your receipt. That means the Merchant of Record is the seller of record for that transaction, charges your payment method, collects any applicable taxes, and processes refunds back to the original payment method.

Receipts and invoices are issued by the Merchant of Record and emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Their buyer terms, refund path, and privacy notice are provided during checkout and on your receipt.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current billing period. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, paid access remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan returns to Free at the next renewal date.

If a self-serve cancel control is not yet available in your account, use the support form (support@pokerplanner.io) and we will cancel the subscription on your behalf.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Refund requests made within this 14-day window will be honored with no exceptions or additional conditions.

Because paid purchases are handled by a Merchant of Record, the actual return of funds is processed through the Merchant of Record used for your purchase. We do not control payment rails, currency conversion, or the timing of how fast a refund clears back to your card or bank.

To request a refund, use the support form (support@pokerplanner.io) with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, the order or transaction ID from your receipt. You can also contact the buyer support path listed on your receipt.

Free trials

Where Poker Planner offers a free trial, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first charge. Once a renewal has been billed, refund requests are reviewed under the section above.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that applies to digital subscriptions in your jurisdiction. Where that local law gives you a better outcome than the policy on this page, that law applies.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved faster through a support request than by a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in the related account being suspended while the dispute is open, because the underlying entitlement is held by the billing provider during that review.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or our billing provider changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Existing paid periods are honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
